How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our partner warehouses in the US or China. US warehouse: 3–7 business days. China warehouse: 7–20 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders — shipping costs are already included in our prices.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To start a return, email us at hello@myfurryfren.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. For low-cost items, we may offer a refund without requiring the item back.
