Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — shipping costs are already included in our product prices.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders ship directly from our partner warehouses in the United States and China:

• US warehouse: 3–7 business days
• China warehouse: 7–20 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, contact us at hello@myfurryfren.com and we'll email you a prepaid return label with instructions. For low-cost items, we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
